Job Summary – Full Time 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Open positions for Journeyman Lathe Machinist and a Journeyman Mill Machinist
Position requires that candidate is proficient programming (Mastercam or Gibbs cam) with little supervision. Setup Horizontal machining centers or vertical lathes with live tooling. You should have a minimum of 5 years on this type of equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Proficient running CNC Mills (multi-pallet horizontal and vertical mills). Proficient running CNC Lathes (vertical included).
Build fixtures and related tooling to support horizontal pallet setups.
Must be able to program using CAD software, Master CAM or Gibbs. Required to program, setup, and operate. Prototype and short run. Candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision.
Qualifications and Skills
Years of experience 5-10+
Skills: CNC milling with strong emphasis on horizontal, multi-pallet systems. CNC Programming.
