The Role:
We are looking for a proficient Administrative Assistant to provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the Sacramento office in a timely and well-organized manner. This role entails close collaboration with executives, streamlining their work and communications through various tasks. As an individual contributor, your role will involve offering personalized assistance to ensure operational smoothness and efficient communication. Responsibilities span from managing schedules and correspondence to organizing meetings and maintaining confidentiality. Join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our executives and enhancing the overall efficiency of our organization. Full-time and part-time work will be considered. The ideal candidate will work half days with a minimum of three days in the office, with more days preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Will primarily support the Sacramento leadership team.
Manage and update executive calendars to ensure optimal time utilization, including scheduling meetings, interviews, and BD events.
Handle internal and external requests and queries appropriately (i.e., client requests for plans, proposals, etc).
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports for Sacramento leadership.
Arrange and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations. Take minutes and distribute follow-up actions after meetings.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and special projects.
Will be responsible for a variety of Ad Hoc projects which may necessitate a high degree of confidentiality.
Required Experience:
Degree preferred. Experience in place of a degree will be considered.
Advanced comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Exemplary planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
High-level verbal and written communication skills and the use of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to effectively communicate issues and concerns to stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
Physical requirements needed to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

The salary range for this exempt position is approximately equivalent to an annual salary of $52,200-$78,000, depending on experience.
