We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic Assistant Property Manager for our 160 unit apartment community located in Davis, Ca. This exciting position requires you to be a steward for the community building and facilitating health resident relationships, encouraging prospective residents to live at the community with creative advertising and engaging tours, assisting current residents with exceptional customer service, and supporting the Property Manager by strategizing the financial performance of the community, reporting and being a hands on leader. Must have experience in affordable housing.
Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
Contributions:
1-2 years experience as an Assistant Property Manager (100 Units +)
Knowledge and formal training of Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.
Computer knowledge: MS Office and online leasing. (Yardi, Yieldstar and Rent Café)
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, owners and vendors.
Possesses a high level of professionalism, the ability to communicate and a strong work ethic.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

The salary range for this position is $24-26 per hour. Other compensation includes but is not limited to: new leases and renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement and if applicable housing discounts. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
