At Re-Viv, we are redefining city living by creating vibrant, inclusive, and affordable communities. Our 20-bedroom coliving property is divided into three (3) individual units, each offering residents a unique blend of private living spaces and communal areas designed for social interaction and collaboration. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Community Coordinator to join our team and help foster a positive living environment for our residents.
Job Overview:
The Community Coordinator will assist in the property's daily operations, plan and execute social activities, and ensure high resident satisfaction. This role requires a proactive, organized, and community-minded individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere and build strong relationships with residents.
Goals and Objectives:
The Community Coordinator will:
Embody and express core values, striving to achieve our mission of bringing people together.
Maintain 100% occupancy by achieving sales goals and managing room turnover
Ensure the timely coordination of repairs with our preferred vendors
Maintain company standards and expectations.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Coordinate site visits with repair and maintenance vendors. Our property management team handles all aspects of the hiring and repair process; you just need to meet the vendors and assist in documenting that repairs are made correctly.
Assist the Leasing Manager and Leasing Team with tours and tenant move-ins. You’re essentially the co-pilot to help ensure prospective tenants get to see the space, assist in vetting them for the right fit for the community, and assist them on their move-in day.
Lead social events such as game nights, local art exhibits, cooking classes, themed parties, and on-site social mixers.
Curate programs that appeal to the entire community and subsets of the community.
Ensure communal spaces remain clean and orderly in coordination with our bi-weekly cleaning team
Interface with residents via WhatsApp. Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, and show units.
Act as liaison between tenants and the offsite property management team.
Document tenant complaints and enforce rules of occupancy when necessary.
Create, cultivate, and manage a cohesive and diverse community.

Work Context:
Live onsite and manage the property seven days per week. Preferred hours for repair and maintenance meetings are during regular business hour
Work autonomously onsite while directly under the supervision of our property management company.
Supervise the weekly cleaning crew/service.
Work Performance:
Position requires the ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift 35 pounds.
Evaluation dimensions include maintenance work orders, tenant reviews (internal and external), community participation, cohesion, and member retention.
