Description:
We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Property Manager to oversee a 120-unit apartment community in Sacramento. This is a live-on-site position that requires a strong leader capable of managing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including collections, leasing, resident relations, and property upkeep.
The ideal candidate is experienced in managing Class C properties, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record of improving occupancy, reducing delinquencies, and maintaining resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident communication
Enforce lease terms and community policies professionally and fairly
Manage and coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns
Conduct property inspections and ensure overall curb appeal
Prepare reports, budgets, and ensure timely deposits and record keeping
Supervise on-site maintenance and vendors as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of property management experience (multifamily preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven success in collections, leasing, and tenant retention
Ability to perform or oversee basic maintenance tasks a plus
Must reside on-site (unit provided)
Yardi Breeze software experience preferred
