Technical Support Duties:
Interact with end users to identify issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and servers or network connectivity. Open and log trouble tickets in the call tracking system to track issues from identification through resolution. Provide phone, desk-side or onsite support for installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Set up new hardware including mobile devices, laptops, desktops and printers.
System Management and Onsite Duties:
Monitor and maintain client desktops and servers
Monitor and test client backups and ensure data recoverability
Provide reports to management and clients on scheduled basis
Work on special projects and ensure successful completion
Travel to client locations to provide onsite support
Requirements / Ideal Skills:
1-3 Years of IT/Help Desk experience
Work in an MSP - Managed Services environment is a plus
Expert knowledge of all Microsoft Desktop Platforms
Previous experience working in small business environments is a plus
MAC OS experience is a plus
Excellent communication and personal skills
Schedule, Pay & Other Details:
Monday - Friday 8a - 5p
Travel to and from client's location required on as needed basis
Reliable transportation required
Competitive Salary – Paid Holidays and Time Off
Ability to lift heavy PCs / Servers
$25/hr. to $30/hr. BOE
