Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our prominent real estate client in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will be tasked with processing all invoices received for payment and will undertake the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.Responsibilities:
Process and review accounts payable in a timely manner.
Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Ensure the prompt and accurate payment of invoices.
Maintain accurate vendor files and respond to vendor inquiries.
Assist in month-end closing processes.
Provide supporting documentation for audits.
Requirements
Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
1-2 years’ experience in accounts payable.
Knowledge of the real estate sector preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with accounting software.
Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
Excellent organizational, communication, and data entry skills.
