Description Robert Half is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant for our client, a leading real estate development company. The company is known for its innovative projects and commitment to excellence in the real estate market.Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities within the office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.

Office Management:

Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities.

Ensure the office environment is clean, professional, and welcoming.

Communication:

Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.

Facilitate effective communication between departments.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and newsletters.

Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning and execution of company events and projects.

Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Provide administrative support to project managers and team members.

Financial Administration:

Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

Requirements Proficiency in providing administrative assistance

Experience with receptionist duties Skilled in handling direct phone calls Capable of handling inbound telephone calls Proficient in managing email correspondence Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and within a team Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
