JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for the nutritional care of inpatients and outpatients as assigned. Conducts nutritional assessments, designs and recommends plans of care, evaluates and monitors nutritional intervention. Provides nutrition education to patients, families and staff. Functions as a member of multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Serves as a nutrition resource for healthcare team, hospital staff and community.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Master's Degree if graduated after January 1, 2024Bachelor's Degree from ACEND-accredited DPD program, if graduated before January 1, 2024Registration with the Commission on Dietetic RegistrationNPI number required within 60 days of hirePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:1 year of experienceCCS paneledBilingual English and SpanishThe expected hiring range for this position is $35.84 to $49.28Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
