They are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support the efficient management of data critical to their educational programs and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Data Input: Accurately input and update large volumes of data into organizational databases and systems.
Verification: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Record Maintenance: Organize, manage, and maintain digital and physical records in compliance with data security protocols.
Reporting: Generate reports and summaries as needed, ensuring data is presented clearly and accurately.
Collaboration: Work with team members to gather necessary information and resolve data-related issues.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify the integrity of stored data.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to streamline data entry and management processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in the education field or a related sector is a plus.
