Description On behalf of our non-profit client, we are seeking an enthusiastic HR Assistant to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, assisting HR departments with various tasks including, processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process.Key Responsibilities:
Support all internal and external HR inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying high-potential candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain records of personnel-related data in digital formats and ensure all employment requirements are met.
Support the creation and implementation of full staff onboarding programs.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
Provide support for employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Strong ability in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint, in particular).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential data professionally.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional HR training will be a plus.
