As a pioneer in the tech industry, we are now seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to become an integral part of our client's rapidly growing team.The HR Coordinator will support our human resources department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives clearly and accurately. You will assist with all administrative tasks relating to the lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and exit.Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Handle and organize onboarding procedures for new hires.
Implement and coordinate employee training and development programs.
Keep records of all employees for payroll purposes and other HR activities.
Assist with performance management processes.
Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
Handle workplace-related issues appropriately, following company and legal guidelines.
Handle employee requests and deliver quality solutions if possible, and escalate them to the HR manager if required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience.
Exceptional knowledge of HR management and labor laws.
Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
Preferred Skills:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and people skills.
Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
Strict adherence to and respect for confidentiality.
