Payroll Manager

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Payroll Manager role based in San Diego, California. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing and maintaining our payroll data systems, ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations, and working closely with our HR team. This role operates in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the payroll data system, ensuring its optimal utilization Analyze, reconcile, and rectify any identified payroll discrepancies, making necessary adjustments for future periods Maintain a comprehensive understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and ensure compliance across all operational locations Oversee all aspects of payroll, including garnishments, withholdings, and benefits Implement ADP WFN payroll system and ensure its optimal utilization Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of benefits into the payroll system Develop strategies and implement solutions to manage tax-related issues Stay up to date with the latest changes in payroll laws and regulations and make suitable adjustments in the system.
