Job description
Job Type: Part-time: Wednesday to Sunday 3:00PM to 11:00PM
Pay: $19.00/hour plus tip share
Responsibilities
Maintains a clean kitchen
Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes
Keeps dish area free of clutter
Sets up dish station, including dish machines and sinks
Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Skills
6+ months of professional dishwashing experience
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
A team player with good communication skills
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
Very good physical condition and endurance; lift 50 lbs
Works well in fast-paced environment
Must have own "uniforms" such as black non slip shoes, black work pants, black shirt
Must have reliable transportation to job sites
