Kitchen Manager and Front-of-House Manager (with bartending experience)

OPEN POSITIONS
1. Kitchen Manager
We’re looking for someone who can lead our BOH team with consistency, organization, and strong leadership.
Responsibilities:
-Oversee all BOH operations, prep systems, and line flow.
-Manage inventory, and vendor communication.
-Train and coach kitchen staff.
-Maintain high standards of cleanliness & food safety.
-Work with leadership on menu items, specials, and efficiencies
Requirements:
-Previous BOH leadership experience (KM, Sous Chef, or similar)
-Strong communication skills
-Clean, organized work style
-Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
2. FOH Manager (Bartending Experience Required)
We’re seeking someone who can lead shifts, bartend during peak hours, and elevate guest experience.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and support the FOH team during service
-Bartend and train staff on bar operations
-Maintain service standards and guest satisfaction
-Assist with training, and daily operations
-Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient FOH environment
Requirements:
-FOH leadership or shift-lead experience
-Strong bartending background
-Excellent hospitality and communication skills
-Professional, organized, and reliable
