This position will work primarily afternoon shifts. Flexible availability is a must, as shifts may change depending on the business need, and includes weekends. Holidays are required.

Responsibilities include:
1. Provide excellent customer service.
2. Fuel sales efforts for the property.
3. Greet, register and make room assignments for hotel guests.
4. Respond to guest requests for information about hotel services, entertainment and local attractions.
5. Refer difficult problems to supervisor.
6. Monitor room availability and maintain guest accounts.
Requirements include:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong customer service experience.
3. Previous hotel experience strongly preferred
4. Candidate must have flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays required.
