This person should have entry level experience working in an office environment, customer service experience, performing administrative tasks, and will be providing support to our members, guests & departments as needed.

Qualifications
One year customer service experience required or front desk experience
Capable to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Responsibilities
Greet members and guests
Answer multi-line phone calls and field call appropriately in an efficient and friendly manner
Maintains front office lobby area
General administrative duties
Support team as needed
Performs other duties as needed
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit for long period of time
Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds
Must be able to stoop or kneel to access files
Must be able to see the computer screen, paperwork, etc
Preferred skills and experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook Office, Adobe Acrobat and Excel
Clubhouse hours are Tuesday-Sunday, and must be available mornings or evenings, weekends and some holidays.
