We are a Multi-Specialty Dental practice seeking a Full Time Dental and Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator. This individual must have the following qualifications and abilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to our patients and support to the front desk
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience
- Professional and Friendly
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Attention to Detail
- Professional appearance
- Able to establish positive relationships with patients, co-workers and management
- Able to deal with difficult and sensitive financial situations in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Dentrix and Ortho Edge software is a BIG plus but not necessary
