LVN for direct care for ONE patient in home health setting.
NOC awake shifts needed: Friday, Saturday and some Sunday nights: 1900-0700/Tuesday Nights 7pm-1am or 1am to 7am.
$66.18/hr, plus gas mileage to and from case for each shift. Holiday pay is @ time and a half.
LVN must be in good physical shape, at least 5'4", to provide safe patient care while ambulating to prevent falls.
LVN skills required: Able to administer prescribed meds, perform straight caths, monitor seizures
