Responsibilities:
-Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, transforming Residential and Commercial space into sanctuaries of cleanliness.
-Sanitize and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and break areas, ensuring health and comfort.
-Efficiently manage waste, contributing to our eco-friendly mission.
-Polish windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, bringing light and clarity into every space.
-Uphold the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of common areas.
-Adhere to our eco-conscious cleaning protocols, safeguarding the environment and our clients' health.
-Follow safety guidelines meticulously, ensuring the well-being of yourself, your Cali Clean Team family, and our clients.
Qualifications:
-Reliable vehicle with insurance for job site travel (mileage reimbursed).
-Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred, but eagerness to learn is most valued.
-Independence in task management with a keen eye for detail.
-Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
-Physical fitness for task performance and occasional lifting.
-Flexibility for various working hours, embracing the needs of our family and clients.
