Local North County Contractor (Fallbrook) seeking energetic, independent and motivated crew members for immediate out-of-town work!

Qualification Requirements:
Must have some construction experience (perform general laboring duties such as shoveling, digging, landscape maintenance and planting)
Must live within 30 miles from Fallbrook, CA
Must know how to use basic tools
Positive attitude
Dependable - team player
Flexibility – must be able to work different shifts and in different cities
Able to handle multiple tasks and drive to multiple locations.
Must be able to work without continual supervision. Self motivated individual.
Candidates must have a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record.
Available to work out of town for 3 - 5 days a week. Company provides accommodations, etc.
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license with good driving record (must be insurable)

Physical Requirements:
Requires work outdoors n remote locations on job/construction sites.
Can be exposed to all types of weather conditions while working outdoors.
Must be able to perform physical work, bending, working on unsteady ground using hand and power tools, carrying, lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work on unsteady ground.

$18-$23 HR to start. Prevailing wage projects are paid as designated in SCA and DBA Wage Determinations.
Reports to different work sites to complete required tasks.
Delivers quality, efficiency, productivity, and safe work practices.
Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a clean environment.
