We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating advanced CNC machinery, including Mazak and Kitamura milling centers, CNC lathes, and Swiss machines. You will play a crucial role in transforming complex designs into superior precision parts, leveraging our high-tech equipment to meet tight tolerances and fast production cycles.

We have openings in 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Mazak and Kitamura CNC Milling Machining Centers, ensuring high precision and adherence to tight tolerances.

Utilize CNC Lathe Turning Centers and Swiss Machines to produce high-quality parts with production tolerances up to .0002”.

Perform quick tool changes and manage fast feed rates to optimize machining processes.

Execute complex designs with our eight-axis Swiss machines, capable of handling bar capacities up to 1.25” and CNC lathe capacities up to 2.5” diameter.

Utilize lights-out capability to reduce project costs and lead times while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with the engineering team to refine designs and troubleshoot any machining issues.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong background in operating Mazak, Kitamura, and Swiss CNC machines.

Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Experience with precision machining and the ability to maintain tolerances up to .0002”.

Familiarity with lights-out manufacturing techniques and their impact on project cost and lead times.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant certifications or technical training in CNC machining preferred.
