Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role is all about building relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering top-tier customer service to retail partners across the country. You’ll be responsible for making 100+ calls a day, connecting with decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to qualified smoke shops, C-stores, and retail prospects
Build relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for revenue growth
Clearly communicate product benefits, pricing, and promotions
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations in CRM software
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of qualified leads
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Vice Supply brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualifications:
1+ year of sales experience (phone or in-person) — wholesale, retail, or CPG industry experience preferred
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment
Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial company
