A San Marcos based Construction Company with operations throughout San Diego County currently has an opening for FULL TIME GRADING & ASPHALT PAVING FOREMAN to perform various tasks related to the Asphalt Paving scope of work.
JOB DUTIES:
The duties for this position will include and not be limited to execution and supervision of all phases of grading and paving.
Ability to read plans, perform grade checks and supervise a grading and paving crew.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Valid Driver’s License with an Insurable Driving record as per the company insurance standards.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Asphalt experience is required.
Must be a current member of Operating Engineers Local 12 or willing to join the Operating Engineers Union as we are a signatory contractor.
SALARY: 125,000 – 180,000 plus union benefits
