We are expanding our landscape lighting division and looking for motivated, dependable installers to join our team.
Our work includes landscape, architectural, hardscape, and water feature lighting — all low voltage. Every project is unique and requires creativity, problem solving, and attention to detail. We take pride in producing clean, high-quality installations that elevate every property’s look and safety.
Primary work includes burying and hiding low-voltage wire (3–4 inches deep, no heavy digging), installing fixtures, transformers, and timers, and maintaining clean, organized job sites.
Looking for someone who:
Is handy, dependable, and detail oriented
Works cleanly and efficiently
Is friendly, professional, and team oriented
Has an eye for design or interest in learning lighting design
Communicates well with clients and crew
Has experience in lighting, landscaping, or similar trades (preferred but not required)
Position details:
Part-time / job-to-job to start, with opportunity to grow into full-time
Pay: $25–$60 per hour based on experience, reliability, and skill level
Room for pay increases, bonuses, and benefits depending on performance, consistency, and ability to lead projects and crews independently
Projects vary from small one-day installs to multi-day design builds
