The OpportunityAs part of the Deals team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful learning initiatives. As a Manager you guide the execution of our Infinite Learning Strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You are responsible for developing client relationships, managing project workflows, and delivering significant business results through strategic and creative thinking.Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of impactful learning programs

Guide the implementation of the Infinite Learning Strategy with a client-focused approach

Develop and maintain positive client relationships

Manage project workflows to achieve timely and successful delivery

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master of Business Administration in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management/Research preferred

Significant abilities in operational M&A and Divestitures

Proven success in developing client relationships

Building enduring, collaborative relationships with team members

Seeking diverse views to encourage innovation and exceptional performance

Delivering substantial business results reflecting strategic and creative thinking
