Description Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal for a fully remote position, working primarily with calendaring, document review, and preparation tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be comfortable with a variety of paralegal duties, from creating indexes to Bates stamping, along with preparing trial binders for discovery and summarizing depositions. Candidates with a background in employment law are welcome, though this is not required.Key Responsibilities:
Calendaring: Schedule and manage key dates, deadlines, and case events.
Document Review and Indexing: Conduct thorough document reviews, followed by organizing and indexing them for ease of access.
Bates Stamping: Efficiently Bates-stamp documents for a short project.
Trial Binder Preparation: Assemble comprehensive trial binders for discovery purposes.
Deposition Summaries: Create clear and concise summaries of deposition transcripts.
Computer Skills: Use a variety of software programs with proficiency, including document management tools.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a paralegal with a strong emphasis on calendaring and document management.
Experience with Bates-stamping.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications and document management tools.
Some experience in employment law is a plus, but not required.
