Come onboard and join a dynamic and engaging finance team where you are encouraged and given bandwidth to allow your creative capabilities to flow to truly make a difference!How will you make an impact:Seeking a Financial Analyst III who will be a trusted finance business partner supporting the LSMS Business Finance team within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division; supporting the delivery of our near and long-term financial objectives.Responsibilities:

Lead monthly review and delivery of department reporting with a focus on data visibility, accuracy, and timeliness

Support consolidation activities, analysis, and content development for MBRs/QBRs, AOP, and STRAP; drive financial analysis, interpretation and communication of issues and metrics to leadership along with recommendations for course correction

Business partner with department leaders enabling them to make data driven financial decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives

Change advocate driving productivity and efficiency through innovation, improvements in execution, and PPI implementation

Complete requests and provide assignments in a timely and accurate manner, to enable sound P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow decisions

Partner with Systems and Divisional finance teams to maintain data accuracy and provide insights and solutions to resolve data integrity issues

Drive improvements, standardization and automation

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

3+ years of related work experience preferably in an FP&A role

Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail; ability to step back and analyze the overall business impact

Ability to dig into details and analyze variances and trends

Excellent financial modeling skills

The successful candidate also has very good overall business skills; they do not limit the scope of responsibilities to FP&A, but helps to develop solutions to broader business issues. Experience in a global manufacturing organization is desired.

Superior quantitative and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel and Power Point skills; Strong financial systems capabilities (CMR, SAP, PowerBI)

Have the ability to handle several tasks in a complex environment with strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, able to manage priorities and workflow

Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in California is $90,900.00–$136,350.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
