Program Manager Transformation - US Based Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Program Management Leader to guide our organization through a period of significant change and modernization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of our transformation program, overseeing all workstreams, and coordinating with process leaders to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.The transformation program leader will lead the work effort, across business units and functional organizations by promoting accountability, execution transparency, and performance traceability.The individual needs to be a catalyst of change. S/he will be persuasive, credible, and a polished communicator with the ability to drive transparency at all levels of the organization.This key role reports into the Cartus Transformation Leader and will work closely with the Cartus Executive Leadership Team, sales and marketing, product management, finance, legal and IT to deliver efficiencies and profitable growth.Key Responsibilities

Program Management : Provide program management in support of the transformation effort to modernize business processes and technology.

Transformation Roadmap : Support the creation of the transformation roadmap and lead its execution.

Workstream Management : Oversee all workstreams within the transformation program, ensuring they align with the overall transformation goals and objectives.

Process Leadership : Coordinate with process leaders across the organization to ensure their efforts align with the transformation program.

Reporting : Regularly report progress, challenges, and successes to the Transformation Executive, providing clear and concise updates on the status of the transformation program.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs.

Strong understanding of modern business processes and technology trends.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Experience leading and executing key strategic programs working across multiple stakeholder groups

Experience creating and engaging key partnership strategies

Experience tracking and influencing key initiative metrics

Solid understanding of solution needs and influencing product, sales and other stakeholders

Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of an organization

Strong analytical, strategic and innovative thinker and creative problem-solving skills
