There are 2 other individuals on this team that this person will be working with. This person will be reporting up to the EBC Production Specialist Manager.What we’re looking for
Manage and configure internal systems and tools, including our Experience Center demo tenant, and resource configurations.
Facilitate hybrid productions of our tours and demos, ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and outstanding experience from any location.
Define technical processes and enhancements on a global scale. Additionally, defining technical processes and enhancements in the implementation of business automation tools and processes to be utilized across the EBC team.
Adhere, configure and maintain the functionality of Zoom EBC Demo Areas and AV systems.
Assist in the documentation, publication, and maintenance of a global EBC technical processes playbook.
Ensure all demos and showcases are operational and functioning correctly on a daily basis.
