Joe's Cafe is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join the team.
Positions Available: Server & Food Runner
1. Servers:
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of restaurant’s food and beverage preparation, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform; maintain well-groomed hair and personal hygiene as established by company policy
- Check identification to ensure that Guests meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Follow all service standards including up-selling and suggestive selling
2.Food Runners:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and proper food presentation before delivery
- Assist servers with clearing tables, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
Part Time / Full Time
Day / Night Shifts
Must be available over the holidays, nights, and weekends
Pay: $16.50 plus tips
Previous restaurant experience desired
