This position ensures the organized execution and administration of the Organic Soup Kitchen’s two programs and customer service divisions of the organization. This IN person position includes the following job responsibilities:
–Manage client intake forms, surveys and ongoing communication (phone, email and text) and all data entry for processing new clients
–Pack, label and organize delivery bags for distribution
–Schedule and manage doordash pickups and deliveries
–Manage volunteer program including recruitment, communication and and scheduling
–Customer service lead with walk in and online retail sales customers
–Act as liaison between OSK and partner organizations, including farms and other health and human service agencies
–Develop and execute SoupMeal inventory process including moving soups and restocking inventory from various freezers
–Seek opportunities to expand awareness and educate community about organization
Proficiency with the following platforms preferred:
–Salesforce
–Shopify
-Canva
–Gmail, google docs, google sheets and google voice
Will contribute fully to our small team and be the initial impression customers have with the organization.
Bi-lingual speaking is required.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Contract position first 3 months, 25 hours/week, 9am to 2pm Monday through Friday, at $32 hourly rate to start.
Following the 3 month contract/training period, increase to full time (32-35 hours/week) at $35 an hour. Medical benefits available after 6 months. We are a growing organization and this position has a lot of room to advance.
