Job Title: R&D TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior R&D Technician to maintain and repair fixtures and equipment on the production line. You will execute calibration and preventative maintenance to ensure smooth production flow. Additionally, you will document updates related to design, testing, and process development activities. Collaboration with the mechanical engineering team on new process development projects and testing protocols will also be a key part of your role.Hard Skills
Technical support to maintain and repair production equipment
Use of IQ/PQ/OQ protocols to validate manufacturing equipment
Performing preventive maintenance on equipment
Assessing equipment for correct parameters and alignment
Documenting new processes and changes to the production line

Coaching other production line teammates
Strong documentation and communication skills

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Santa Clara, California.Work EnvironmentThis is a 2nd/swing shift position with an ideal start time of 2pm, working an 8-hour shift. Occasional preplanned overtime may be required.
