Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for an adept Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all our financial operations. This role is based in Santa Maria, California. The individual will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling fiscal monitoring, and tracking funds. This role is a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry.Responsibilities: Manage all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle multiple funding sources, including both state and federal funding Prepare and maintain financial statements, providing detailed and accurate financial data Track and monitor funds, ensuring proper allocation and use Use accounting software systems to streamline bookkeeping processes Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Oversee accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Prepare the annual budget, ensuring it aligns with strategic goals Perform cash flow analysis, identifying trends and making financial predictions Ensure all financial operations adhere to state and federal regulations.
