We're seeking a Maintenance Worker to fill in at one of our clients in Santa Maria, California! This is a temporary position lasting from November 24th to November 26th, with a schedule of 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, and a pay range of $20 to $24 an hour based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
Empty & clean units and prepare them for new tenants.
Light painting/patching holes in walls.
Hanging screens and installing switches.
Keep common areas clean by power washing and picking up any trash.
Punch lists.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade experience is required.
Must be able to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain the highest level of customer service.
Must comply with all relevant safety regulations.
