-Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a safe and productive learning environment.
-Assess student progress regularly through various formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
-Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning and development.
-Foster a sense of community within the classroom and school, encouraging students to participate in service projects
