We are seeking residents of Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties to serve as Jurors for a mock trial to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Adult residents of Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties, ages 18-70.
Date of Mock Trial: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
Hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with 1 1-hour lunch break)
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST BE a U.S. Citizen
MUST BE a resident of Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties for a minimum of 1 year
MUST BE 18 years of age or older
MUST HAVE a valid California driver’s license or California State I.D. showing a Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz county address.
MUST SPEAK, READ & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
MUST BE ABLE to sit for extended periods, watch and listen to presentations on a screen, take notes, and complete forms on an iPad.
MUST HAVE a minimum High School Diploma; persons with college degrees are encouraged to participate

Compensation: $300 cash paid at the end of the session (Note: Panelists must stay for the entire day to receive compensation).
