We’re opening a large, family-friendly beer garden and pizzeria in Santa Rosa and are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team, run daily operations, and help create a great neighborhood gathering place.
What You’ll Do
-Lead all FOH/BOH operations in a high-volume environment
-Hire, train, and develop the full team
-Own the P&L, labor, COGS, inventory, and vendor relationships
-Maintain excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and consistency
-Ensure compliance with Health Dept, safety, and ABC Type 41
Who You Are
-5+ years GM experience in high-volume restaurants
-Strong financial and leadership skills
-Calm, organized, and great under pressure
-Passionate about people, systems, and hospitality
