We are looking for a skilled and passionate Experienced Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pizza preparation, understands quality ingredients, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook pizzas according to restaurant recipes and standards
Hand-stretch dough and manage dough fermentation
Prepare sauces, toppings, and ingredients
Operate pizza ovens (Deck)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Assist with inventory management and prep as needed
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff during busy service hours
Compensation starts at $21.00 per hour.
Mandatory shifts are as followed
Friday 3-10pm
Saturday 3-10pm
Sunday 4-8:30pm
