Role Overview:
Support the preparation of our omakase menu
Conduct fish butchery, rice work, and mise en place with precision
Maintain product quality standards and workspace organization
Assist senior chefs during service with quiet efficiency

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in refined or upscale dining
Interest in Japanese cuisine, sake, and seasonal ingredients
Warm but understated service presence
Clear communication and grace under pressure
