Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Assist with processing payroll for over 400 employees accurately and on time.
Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Compliance- Familiar with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
HR Administration: Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Qualifications:
Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Computer Proficiency: Experience with ADP payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual(optional)
