Experienced Pool Service OR Repair Technician
Are you an experienced pool service or pool repair technician looking for a flexible part-time role?
We're a growing pool service company seeking a dedicated and professional technician to join our team.
This position is currently part-time but has the potential to grow into a full-time role with opportunities for advancement, including the possibility of a share of ownership as we expand. We understand you may have a route or two with another employer, that is totally fine with us for now as long as materials and time are never mixed.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Pool service experience is required. Pool repair experience is a big plus but not mandatory.
Flexibility: This role will start small, allowing you to maintain another job while managing a small route with us. As we grow, so will your hours and responsibilities.
Driving Record: A clean driving record is required, though one ticket isn’t a dealbreaker.
Criminal History: Clean criminal history is a must.
Reliability & Professionalism: We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow with the business.
Languages spoken:English & Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular pool maintenance and cleaning for residential and commercial customers.
Provide excellent customer service and represent our company professionally.
Optional (if experienced): Assist with pool repair tasks as needed.

Compensation
We pay competitive hourly rates consistent with the market. If you use your own truck we will reimburse for mileage. We're open to W2 employee or contractor employment while the role remains part-time.
