As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tire service, performing oil changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Perform tire installations, rotations, alignments, and repairs with precision and care.
Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
Provide customers with recommendations for tire maintenance and replacement.
Execute oil changes and other basic automotive services as needed.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service area.
Assist in sales by promoting tire products and services to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Basic sales skills to promote products and services to customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
