My law partner and I are looking to hire one or more contract attorneys, preferably with employment law experience, on a per-project basis/part-time hours.
We are in Berkeley, but work would be handled remotely, with occasional in-person meetings if necessary. Ideal for someone that has their own practice and wants to supplement with extra litigation tasks.
This is for our new firm which specializes in Plaintiff’s employment claims (e.g. labor code violations, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, harassment, discrimination, etc.).
Ideal candidates have substantive experience in employment law, are very strong writers and researchers with significant litigation experience, and have an eye for detail and quality.
$75-110/hour depending on experience.
