Who We Seek:
An enthusiastic Kitchen Renovation designer professional dedicated to their craft. Candidates should possess a background in Kitchen Design and Renovation, showcasing previous remodeling projects. Proficiency in design software, whether specific to kitchens or computer-aided design tools, is essential. Our preferred applicant demonstrates superb communication and customer service abilities, a keen artistic vision, and adeptness in meeting project deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design goals, preferences, and budget.
Provide expert advice on design trends, materials, and layout options.
Sales and Promotion:
Qualify, Present, Promote, and Sell our products and services to existing and prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Design and Planning:
Create and present plans and mockups to clients that align with their design vision.
Draft detailed blueprints and technical drawings for the construction team.
Project Coordination:
Schedule, coordinate and oversee the remodeling process in conjunction with the remodeling team to project completion.
Work with vendors and subcontractors to ensure accuracy in specification and efficiency in scheduling and delivery.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Track sales and status reports and supply to management.
Continuous Improvement.
Requirements:
2 years of design and remodeling experience.
Familiarity with the details and requirements of kitchen design and sales.
Google Suite and project management software proficiency.
Proficiency with relevant design software.
