As an Entry-Level Material Handler / Expeditor, you will support production and operations by ensuring materials and parts are accurately tracked, moved, and delivered on time. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in manufacturing.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Read production schedules and work orders to determine material requirements and priorities.
Manage Work Travelers and update as required before moving material to next operation
Communicate with department supervisors to identify and resolve material shortages or delays.
Verify part numbers and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
Prepare outgoing shipments to Outside Process Suppliers.
Prepare for meetings with Production Supervisor and Internal Customers.
Interact with all levels of workforce.
Ensure safe work habits and compliance with company safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
No prior experience required — we will train!
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Requires standing, sitting, bending, squatting, twisting and must be able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Must have good organizational skills.
Must have good work ethic: reliable, responsible, self-motivated, positive attitude, stay focus…to maintain productivity.
Able to work with minimal supervision
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Able to clearly and effectively communicate information, instructions, and feedback in person, over the phone, and in writing.

Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Applications
