Wanted: Office dispatch assistant
For small, long standing transportation company in the City of San Francisco
Duties include payroll data collection in excel
Take daily calls from clients and employees, dispatch activities
Keep office stocked with supplies
Plus whatever else comes up.
Must be proficient with Excel
Familiarity with dispatch incoming and outgoing calls
Job is split shift (5am-9am and 2pm-6pm), part time or full time both available
Paid sick time
