OFFICE MANAGER wanted for a local Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation of a community with approximately 400 single family residences, the owners being members of the recreational club. This person would work 30-40 hours weekly and reports to the Community Director who reports to the Board. We all strive to provide a safe, peaceful and happy environment within our redwood forest.
Duties include:
Providing membership services, including maintenance of all Member files and directories;
Performing limited accounting/bookkeeping functions;
Interacting with the Board of Directors in preparing for monthly meetings and follow up as needed;
Overseeing the production and distribution of monthly newsletter;
Supervising other office employees and volunteers;
Responding to member and public inquiries via emails, in person and by telephone.
Skills and knowledge needed:
All Microsoft Office products;
Quick Books;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize and work independently;
H.R. experience is a bonus;
