Part-time Remote Personal Administrative Assistant for calls, scheduling, desk work - weekdays only - $3200/m ($40/hr)
Job Description
Remote position. Potential for full-time. Looking for a reliable, organized person as a task specific personal assistant to help manage daily scheduling and communication. The position’s responsibilities include making calls to set up same-day or next day appointments, add those appointments to a shared calendar, and send quick texts or notifications when new or last-minute changes occur. You would also update online documents with new information from those calls and regularly look up contact phone numbers online. No prior experience needed and training is provided. Comfortable making phone calls, keeping organized, and using basic online tools. Excellent resume building opportunity. Hours: Monday through Friday (or 4 days a week if preferred), 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This time block requires exclusivity and consistency and is non negotiable. No work on federal holidays or weekends.
Requirements
Professional and casual phone voice (for calls)
Moderate technology familiarity (for phones/computer usage)
Home internet access
Exclusive availability between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday
Willingness to learn core office tasks, if necessary
iPhone less than 5 years old (eSim compatible)
Personal laptop / computer
near South Bay or East Bay area (for occasional in person office meetings)

Interview Process
Round 1: 10-15 minute phone call
Round 2: 20 minute video call (FaceTime or Google Meet)
