We are a growing plumbing company located in Daly City near Serramonte Mall, and we’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Receptionist / Dispatcher to join our team! This position plays a key role in customer service, scheduling, and helping manage our daily workflow.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Dispatching
Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians using ServiceTitan (experience a plus, but we can train the right candidate)
Coordinate technician routes and job updates
Maintain organized and accurate job records
Office & Administrative Tasks
Respond to emails and maintain customer accounts
Assist with basic office tasks and record keeping
Support management with daily operations
Marketing & Digital Support
Assist with social media posting and content ideas
Help manage Google Ads, online reviews, and simple marketing tasks
Basic graphic design or content experience is a plus (not required)
Requirements
Strong computer and typing skills (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Experience in dispatching, customer service, or office work is highly valued
Comfortable learning new software and tools
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Schedule & Pay
Full-time position (hours can be discussed)
